2008 Dyslipidemia Minifellowships:
Complex Cases, Comprehensive Management
This series of half-day minifellowships will bring together
a select group of physicians in four cities nationwide for an
intensive educational experience. Through case presentations,
lectures, a patient interview and open discussions, the small
group format facilitates interaction between attendees and local
and national opinion leaders.

Applications will be accepted through the application
deadline for each minifellowship, or until the maximum enrollment
is reached. Enrollment is limited to 40 participants for each
program. Applications will be reviewed by the Program Chairman
in order to convene a group of practitioners who represent a
broad mix of practice settings, experience, and interests. Applicants
will be notified upon acceptance.
